(If you need a little more support, choose the physical kit to be mailed to you for a fee). Make sure to include the date that you want the fundraiser to be completed by!

2. Distribute Materials
Send flyers home with students, or include the info in digital newsletters and classroom communication apps. Families can upload photos directly through a private link or submit through your designated school contact.

3. Collect Orders & Finalize Count
You only pay when you're ready to move forward. No upfront payment. We'll contact you to organize deadlines and due dates to ensure we meet your fundraiser completion date. Once photo submissions are complete, we’ll confirm your final order count.

4. Order Fulfillment & Delivery
We create beautiful, high-quality magnets using submitted photos and ship them straight to your school, ready for distribution. Once the submissions are complete, orders can take 3 to 5 business days to fulfill.
