    Once you download the kit, one of our team members will reach out to you to help get the program started. We'll help you coordinate timelines and guide you on photo formats, among other details needed to keep the process smooth.
  3. Set Your Sale Price
    Schools typically pay a discounted base price per magnet (e.g., $2–$4 each depending on quantity), then resell to families at $5–$8+ to earn a solid profit margin. Multiple magnet packages are available to help you earn more!

  4. Submit Student Photos or Designs
    Once orders have been placed by families, you can submit professional school portraits, group class photos, or original student artwork. High-resolution files are required for best results.

  5. Place Your Order
    Once designs and quantities are confirmed, your magnets will be produced and shipped within 7–10 business days. Bulk packaging and class/group labeling are available upon request to make distribution easy.

  6. Distribute & Raise Funds
    You handle delivery to families, collect payments (if not done in advance), and keep the difference as your fundraiser proceeds. Submit your payment to us when you place your final order with us! No upfront costs to help fundraising stay easy.
